1. Who operates this application

Personal Assistant is operated by Wenzhi Wang as a private, single-user tool. The only account it accesses is the operator's own. There are no other users, no accounts to create, and no third-party access.

2. What data is accessed

With the operator's explicit OAuth consent, the application accesses:

No other Google service is accessed unless the operator later grants it explicitly.

3. How data is used

Message data is used solely to provide the assistant features described above, at the operator's direction. It is never used for advertising, profiling, market research, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. Storage and retention

OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted on the operator's own server under ~/.config/gogcli/, protected by a passphrase held outside the repository. Message content is fetched on demand and is not retained in any persistent database. Transient copies may exist in process memory and in system logs for the duration of a task.

5. Sharing

Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Message content may be transmitted to the language-model provider that powers the assistant, solely to produce the operator's requested output, under that provider's terms. No other transfer takes place.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation immediately and permanently ends the application's ability to read or send mail.

8. Security

Client secrets and stored tokens are kept with owner-only file permissions on a single private server and are excluded from all version control.
